Requesting a Mass Intention

You can request a Mass intention via email at info@parochiesintjoris.nl or 
during opening hours at the parish office or Kerkwijkcentrum, where you can also arrange your intention in person. 
Envelopes for this purpose are available in all churches across the parish.
 

In both cases, please clearly state the intention and always include:

1. The requested date and time of the Mass
2. The specific church location
3. Your contribution (enclosed in the envelope or paid online via the QR code below)
    

Deadlines for requesting a Mass intention 
Would you like your intention to be announced during a weekend Mass? 
Please submit your request no later than 12:00 noon on the preceding Thursday. 
Intentions received after Thursday 12:00 noon will not be processed until the following Tuesday due to office hours.

Submission deadlines:

• Saturday, Sunday, or Monday: submit by Thursday before 12:00 noon
• Tuesday or Wednesday: submit by Monday before 12:00 noon
• Thursday or Friday: submit by Wednesday before 12:00 noon

What is the contribution for a Mass intention? 
God’s love and mercy cannot be bought. However, offering a Mass stipend is a venerable and long-standing tradition. 
A stipend is an offering to the Church and a contribution toward the liturgical celebration that directly benefits the parish community. 
It enables us to sustain our pastoral work, both now and in the future.

The customary contribution for a Mass intention at Parochie Sint Joris is €10.00.

Payment of your contribution
You can submit your contribution in cash using the designated envelope at the parish office or the Kerkwijkcentrum.
If you request your intention digitally by email, you can transfer the amount to one of the following bank accounts:
