Open Evening - Between Heavenly Hope and Hague Hectic
In conversation with Diederik Boomsma on Faith and Politics
On Friday, June 20, we welcome Diederik Boomsma, Lower House member for NSC and former city councilor in Amsterdam for the CDA, to a special open evening.
Boomsma is a professing Roman Catholic and will speak about his experiences as a believer in politics.
How do you give form to your ideals in a world that often revolves around compromise?
How do you stay the course when the Hague (or Amsterdam) reality is unruly? And what role does faith play in political choices?
During this evening, Boomsma will share his personal story and there will be plenty of opportunity to ask questions and engage in conversation.
Date: Friday, June 20
Time:Walk-in from 19:30, start 20:00
Location: Sint Jorislaan 51, Eindhoven
